Today we're joined at the P Pod by our colleagues Lisa Hucker and Philippa Small from the Family Front Door, who are the front door for children's services in Somerset.

In today's episode we talk about the role the front door plays in ensuring families receive the right help at the right time, and in particular what they look for when triaging an Early Help Assessment (EHA) when agencies are requesting the help of the Family Intervention Service or Children Social Care.
